There are a number of fun and exciting social and cultural activities available at our Oxford English School through our social programme. How far is Oxford from London, and how much does transport cost?
Central Oxford to Central London is only aound 60 miles (67 kilometres), which is anywhere from 45 minutes by train to 1 hour 20 minutes by bus. To get to London from Oxford, you could take a taxi, a bus, or the train. Train tickets can start at £5.40 depending on the time of day and how far in advance you book. The average bus ticket from Oxford to London can cost around £20.
